Graduation is quickly approaching – Thursday, June 8 – and the Grad Night Committee will be looking for help with set up and manning the event itself.
Beginning Wednesday morning, June 7, we will be taking over Mt. Tam Racquet Club and turning it into a beach party bonanza for our graduates. Decorating help will be needed through out the day of the 7th and again the morning of June 8.
Starting the evening of June 8, we will be needing help with everything from signing in the graduates, supervising the food through out the evening, dealers in the casino, door chaperones, backpack drop off supervision & signing out the graduates who leave early. In particular, we would like to invite parents of non-senior students to volunteer at the event; so our senior parents can enjoy their out of town guests and the seniors can enjoy their evening with their friends.
