RHS Staff Appreciation
It’s time to honor the Big Kahunas of Redwood! This year we will celebrate our beloved staff with a beach bash on Friday, May 19th. Please help us honor the teachers, administration and staff of Redwood!
You can use this link to sign up to bring food, donate a gift or cash (to be used toward the purchase of gifts for the staff) and to volunteer for the event. To make donating as easy as possible we have a PayPal link.
Did you get a Grad Night ticket for your Senior?
Don’t wait! The PTSA and Grad Night Committee are busy planning a fun filled night! Through the generosity of the Senior families and local community organizations, we would like to continue to offer a no ticket price to attend. Our suggested donation level for senior families is $150 per senior. All levels of donation are greatly appreciated, and we ask you give what you can. We would love 100% participation! You can Donate Now, get more information about Grad Night, and follow us on Instagram.
Final PTSA General Meeting: “Seniors Speak”
Tuesday, May 30 at 8:45am in person in Kreps
This general meeting is always a favorite, as seniors share their Redwood student experiences and insights, including AP classes, sports teams, SATs, as well as their plans for the future.
There will be time for Q&A, so parents with questions about what to expect and what their student may anticipate won’t want to miss this General Meeting.
Directly after the presentation, the PTSA will approve the newly nominated 2023-24 PTSA Executive Board slate:
2023-2024 REDWOOD PTSA EXECUTIVE BOARD
President: Kim Sichel
Executive Vice President: Crista Morrow
VP Education: Beth Lambert-Dinowitz
VP Education: Lisa Buoy
Treasurer: Tracy O’Connor
Secretary: Wendy Martin
Auditor: Kate Castonguay
Parliamentarian: Emily Viola
Historian: Jennifer Engstrom
PTSA Help Needed
Redwood Parents Connect Coordinator
PTSA is looking for two volunteers for the Redwood Parents Connect Coordinator position during the 2023-24 school year. This role can be done largely remotely and involves making sure each grade level has parent leaders/facilitators and the support they need to keep their group running. If you’ve been involved in an RPC group and would like to make sure they continue, please consider volunteering for this important role.
If you have any interest or know of anyone who might be interested, please reach out to Crista Morrow.
Why PTSA Membership Matters
